ESP does not charge GST on ASIC fees. All orders are accepted on the basis that we pay any ASIC fees as your authorised agent. In the event that it is determined that GST is payable by ESP to the Australian Taxation Office in respect of ASIC fees we reserve the right to invoice you for the amount of GST assessed and any such amount shall be payable by you within 7 days of invoice. |
